Financial Literacy in Action! 
Our Financial Literacy classes are currently participating in the Stock Market Game with schools across Louisiana. This program allows students to build essential financial literacy and business skills through hands-on experience managing a virtual investment portfolio in a real-world market simulation.
A total of 136 students are participating, and we are proud to share that Murphy Roche is currently in first place overall and Lane Davis is in 3rd place. We also have students ranked in the top 30 statewide.
The Stock Market Game is an online investing simulator sponsored by organizations based in New York, many of which are led by former Wall Street professionals. Students began by using a combination of guided investment picks and personal choices based on their interests. As the competition continues, they will learn how to properly analyze investments, rebalance portfolios, and make informed financial decisions independently.
